happy birthday!

Today's Danny's 25th birthday. Quarter of a century old. Yay!
I wasn't really planning on posting, but he skyped me just now, and lo and behold the video turned on to show him with the ribbon from the present I sent him tied around his forehead. He then proceeded to stick a picture of us in between.

Haha. I guess this is just one of the many reasons why we're able to withstand this long-distance relationship. We have fun together even though we're not really together. We skype all the time and play multi-player games on yahoo together, we watch anime and dramas together by screen sharing...we make the best of what we've got. :) But the real reason it works, is because it's him and he makes it work. He puts in the effort that most guys probably wouldn't. So I'm grateful (though I don't show it much).

Anyway, enjoy the pictures I captured! Haha...

btw, tomorrow will be my last full day in San Diego! Crazy!

hello, my name is...

future Design Consultant at M&A Business Group (beginning September).

Yep, that's right. M&A Business Group in Fairfax, VA.

Yep, that's right. VA stands for Virginia.

And yes, Danny does live in Virginia.

...yeah, so it was a big decision, but as for now, I'm taking the offer.
I hope you guys will be supportive of my decision, and thank you to those who have been praying about it with me 'til now.

I was also looking to go to Korea between the end of May and June,
and even booked the hotel and flights...
but after a phone call from my parents, some frustration---ok, lots of frustration,
and an e-mail of apology, I canceled them all and the plan is now on standby.
But for those of you going to Korea, don't be surprised if you see me this summer because I will definitely be taking the first opportunity I get to fly on over.

But as for now, lofty future plans aside, I have to do my Stats hw and study for the final next Thursday...whoop-de-doo...

And just because I feel like I should have some kind of imagery to aide each post...
here is a rough sketch of my proposal for my studio class last quarter.

...which reminds me, I need to pick up all my artwork from the studio at school before I move out of SD for good.
