So, I found out that Tom's and Threadless were holding a joint design challenge, and wanted to participate. Although I knew about threadless since oh, i don't know...5 years ago...and I forgot about them for about 3-4 years, I recently went back and discovered this challenge.

Chia Obama

oh the joy of my work. it's crazy what people think up of and trust me, having a job sitting in front of the computer looking through hundreds and hundreds of websites a day...i see a LOT of it. as for the chia obama, there have been complaints and while a couple walgreens stores had them, they recently got in big trouble by the big guys up in headquarters. people complained that the item is racist...and while i get where they're coming from, i honestly feel like obama (or the image of obama that has been created anyway) would like this--as in, hey, it's fun.

anyway, i've got a lot of things going on in my head, especially with the quarter coming to an end and all...but now it's 2 am and my eyes are twitching, so musings about that on another day.
